Train Garden: The National Museum of Railroad History & Innovation’s Open Storage - National Museum of Railroad History & Innovation

Location: Front Parking Lot 

Part of the National Museum of Railroad History & Innovation’s push for community accessibility, the museum’s Train Garden is an open storage at the entrance of the museum is a free, open-air sample of the museum’s extensive collection of over 200 pieces of rolling stock. The collection includes locomotives such as the American Freedom Train No. 1 and the B&O Speedliner, as well as a variety of railway maintenance equipment, and examples of railway traffic signals. The Train Garden is free and open to the public during regular museum hours.
