Labor Day at the Museum - National Museum of Railroad History & Innovation

Celebrate those who work hard all year long with the Museum!

Railroad workers laid the very rails which sparked the spread of industry across the United States and changed the nation forever. To honor these railroaders and the many working-class heroes that we all depend on today, we’re hosting special programming including Mile One Express Train Rides along the nation’s first mile of commercial railroad, and our Working on the Railroad Tour—a guided tour about those who labored on the railroad, supporting the expansion, upkeep, and innovation of riding on the rails.

Admission:

September 5 & 6: General Museum Admission
$5 Museum Admission on Monday, September 7!
Museum Members FREE.

Note: Train rides are an additional cost; they range from $4-$12.
